It is still deep winter at the Village --though not as deep as in this photo from 10 years ago!

But Historic Eastfield Foundation is busily planning our 2025 Summer Schedule of Early American Trades & Historic Preservation Workshops.  Many more details to follow, but here are a few teasers:

RABBIT GOODY, our newest HEF Board member, will lead 2 textile workshops. New this year are “White Coopering” and “Pole Lathe Turning,” while perennial favorites “Hearth Cooking” and “Tinsmithing” are returning, as well as the very popular “Shape-Note Singing Retreat.” This is just a sampling! Our full schedule will be published and appear here by March.
